- 8 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- pinch of minced garlic
- 1 c. finely chopped pecans
Directions

1Set both cheeses out of the refrigerator until at room temperature, then mix the cheese, grated onion, Worcestershire sauce and minced garlic together until well blended.

2Refrigerate for 1 hour, then roll into 1 ball or 2 logs and then roll in the nuts until well coated.

3Chill and keep refrigerated.
