- 2 lbs apricots (pitted, ripe)
- 200 g bacon
- black pepper
- 100 g blue cheese
Directions

1Wash apricots and cut into halves.

2Take out the pits.

3Wrap each half of apricots with the strip of beacon with the aid of a toothpick and fry.

4Try not to use any more oil as the bacon already has fat (makes the appetizer less fattening).

5Fry for about 4-5 minutes each.

6Add the salt and pepper to taste.

7Cut the cheese into about 20 pieces and put on the apricots.

8Melt the cheese in the oven until nice and bubbly.
