  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small pkg. Roquefort cheese
  • 2 large pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Cream all cheeses together (may have to mix with hands).

    Add a few nuts and onion.

    Mix well.

    Keep adding a few at a time (save some to roll in).

    Add horseradish and sauce; mix well. Roll in ball and put in refrigerator.

    When firm, roll in remainder of nuts.
