  • 1 packet of onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups of beef broth
  • 1 cup baby bella mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 onion thinly sliced
  • beef trimmed and sliced into 2 inch by 1 inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • salt and pepper for seasoning
  • a few tablespoons of olive oil
  • 6 oz. of sour cream and 1/2 bag of egg noodles.

Turn heat on medium.","4":"5.) Once pan is heated up add the beef and mushrooms and cook beef until golden browned on all sides.","5":"6.) Add the onion soup mix and stir together.","6":"7.) Add 1 can of cream of mushroom, and stir until mixed with oil, onions, mushrooms, and beef.","7":"8.) Do the same with the beef broth.","8":"9.) Once beef mixture is all creamed together with a nice sauce, start cooking pasta. That way sauce can thicken and simmer for a little while on a low heat. Keep stirring mixture every once in a while so that it doesn't burn.","10":"10.) Right before you finish with the meal and take off burner, add the sour cream. Mix well.
