- 1 lb. American cheese
- 1 (14 oz.) extra sharp Cheddar
- 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Take American and Cheddar cheeses and grate.

2Let cream cheese stand at room temperature.

3Then mix with mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, Tabasco sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Roll into ball. Refrigerate.

4Can cover with nuts, if desired.

5Serve with crackers.
