  • 1 lb. cream cheese
  • 1 lb. American cheese
  • 1 (14 oz.) extra sharp Cheddar
  • 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Take American and Cheddar cheeses and grate.

    Let cream cheese stand at room temperature.

    Then mix with mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, Tabasco sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Roll into ball. Refrigerate.

    Can cover with nuts, if desired.

    Serve with crackers.
