  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 4 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients together and form into a round ball shape.

    Sprinkle pecans; roll in pecans all over cheese ball. Chill overnight.
