Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. extra sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. smoky cheese
  • 2 oz. Roquefort or Bleu cheese
  • 1/3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash or 2 of Tabasco sauce
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Let cheese soften and mix with beater or fork.

    Blend in sauces and lemon juice.

    Add nuts.

    Shape in ball.

    Roll in nuts and chill.

    (Could be rolled in parsley.)
