- 8 oz. smoky cheese
- 2 oz. Roquefort or Bleu cheese
- 1/3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- dash or 2 of Tabasco sauce
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Let cheese soften and mix with beater or fork.

2Blend in sauces and lemon juice.

4Shape in ball.

5Roll in nuts and chill.
