  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese (mild)
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese (sharp)
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 lb. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • chopped nuts

Directions

    Allow cheese to set at room temperature.

    Cut into chunks and blend until fluffy.

    Add Worcestershire sauce and onion.

    Cool in refrigerator and shape into two or three balls.
