  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, whipped
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese (sharp)
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 8 oz. chopped pecans
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Let cream cheese stand at room temperature.

    Combine it and shredded Cheddar.

    Add pepper, pimento, onion, sauces, lemon juice and salt and pepper.

    Mix together well (can do with hands) and shape into a ball.

    Press chopped pecans all over ball.
