- 2 c. nonfat cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced or mashed
- 1 c. grated nonfat Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. finely chopped fresh parsley
Directions

1Mix cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce and garlic in a food processor until smooth.

2Add Cheddar cheese and mix well.

3Line a 2-cup small bowl with plastic wrap.

4Add cheese mixture.

5Pull up plastic wrap to form a ball.

6Unwrap and roll in parsley when cheese is cold and firm.

7Place on serving platter and refrigerate.

8Serve with no fat crackers.
