  • 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple, crushed and drained
  • 2 c. pecans
  • 1/4 c. green pepper (fine)
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion (fine)
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt

Directions

    Soften cheese. Stir in pineapple. Add 1 cup pecans. Add pepper, onion and salt. Form in ball. Roll in 1 cup pecans.
