  • 1 (8 oz.) bar Monterey (hot pepper) Jack cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese
  • 2 (8 oz.) Kraft smoked cheese or substitute for garlic cheese
  • chopped green onion tops
  • chopped parsley

Directions

    Bring cheese to room temperature.

    Mix well and add green onions and parsley.

    Roll into 2 balls and roll in paprika. Refrigerate.
