  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 lb. sharp Cheddar
  • 1 lb. mild Cheddar
  • 1 lb. Velveeta
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. chives
  • 1 Tbsp. cayenne
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped onions
  • 1 c. chopped pecans with 1 Tbsp. dry parsley flakes

Directions

    Blend all cheeses in food processor or using electric mixer until smooth.

    Add onion, Worcestershire, paprika, chives and pepper.

    Blend well.

    Shape into ball and roll in pecans and parsley.

    Chill until firm.

    Serve with any type cracker.
