  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 c. pecans, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Lauren seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp. brandy, sherry or port

Directions

    Combine all ingredients.

    Shape into a ball and refrigerate. (Wrap in Saran Wrap first.)

    Will keep for several weeks.

    May roll in ground pecans before refrigeration.
