  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 17 to 20 maraschino cherries
  • 1/2 c. (large pod) sweet pepper, chopped fine
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. chopped fine nuts (pecans)

Directions

    Drain pineapple and cherries very well. Mold into a ball and refrigerate overnight. Roll in chopped pecans before serving. This is always a favorite at parties.
