Name: Cheese Ball
Ingredients: 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese; 1 large can crushed pineapple; 17 to 20 maraschino cherries; 1/2 c. (large pod) sweet pepper, chopped fine; 2 Tbsp. chopped onion; 1/4 tsp. salt; 1 c. chopped fine nuts (pecans)

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 large can crushed pineapple

1 c. chopped fine nuts (pecans)

Directions

Drain pineapple and cherries very well. Mold into a ball and refrigerate overnight. Roll in chopped pecans before serving. This is always a favorite at parties.
