  • 6 peaches, peeled and pitted
  • 1 c. honey (optional)
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

    Put the nuts and water in the blender and run it until they are reduced to liquid paste.

    Then add the other ingredients and whiz until you have a well blended butter.

    Keep covered and refrigerated.
