- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
Directions

1Put cheese out at room temperature to get soft.

2Blend all ingredients except only use half of the nuts.

3Roll the cheese ball in the extra chopped nuts.

4Before serving, let the cheese ball sit out so it will spread smoother on crackers.
