  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 small can deviled ham
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 tsp. parsley flakes (optional)
  • chopped nuts

Directions

    Have cheese at room temperature.

    Grate sharp cheese.

    Mix all together.

    Put in refrigerator and let cool.

    Take out and form into balls (one large or two or three small ones).

    Roll in chopped nuts.

    Wrap in Saran Wrap and store in refrigerator.
