Cheese Ball Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • dash of salt
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions

    Place half of the chopped nuts (1/2 cup) on a dinner plate and set aside.

    Mix the remaining nuts with all other ingredients and form a ball or log.

    Coat the outside of the cheese ball by rolling in the reserved nuts.

    Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  5. 5
    Serve with crackers.
