  • 3 oz. Roquefort cheese
  • 5 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. parsley, chopped or dried
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. ground pecans or walnuts

Directions

    Let cheese soften at room temperature; combine cheeses and onion and blend.

    Stir in parsley and nuts; place in bowl and chill.

    Shape into balls and roll in parsley and nuts.

    Wrap and freeze if desired.

    Serve with crackers.
