- 3 oz. Roquefort cheese
- 5 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. parsley, chopped or dried
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. ground pecans or walnuts
Directions

1Let cheese soften at room temperature; combine cheeses and onion and blend.

2Stir in parsley and nuts; place in bowl and chill.

3Shape into balls and roll in parsley and nuts.

4Wrap and freeze if desired.
