- 2 sticks butter, frozen
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1 stick coon brand cheese
- dash of paprika
- dash of salt
Directions

1Grate the cheese in food processor.

2Grate the frozen butter in the food processor. Take out the grating blade and put in knife blade.

3Add 2 cups of flour to the butter.

4Beat a few minutes. Add 1/3 of the cheese and beat again.

5Add 1/3 more cheese and beat again, then add remainder of cheese, paprika and salt.

6Beat all together until it gets to the ball stage.

7Take out of machine and let sit on the counter for about 1/2 hour to soften. Add Rice Krispies and toss. Form into small balls.

8Put them on a cookie sheet.

9Freeze for about 15 minutes. Remove from freezer and put into individual freezer bags.

10Preheat oven to 375° and reheat frozen balls for about 15 minutes.
