- 1 (8 oz.) wedge Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 1 Tbsp. green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- dash of cayenne pepper
- finely chopped pecans or parsley
Directions

1Combine softened cream cheese and Cheddar, mixing well until blended.
