  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. lite cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) wedge Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 1 Tbsp. green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • finely chopped pecans or parsley

Directions

    Combine softened cream cheese and Cheddar, mixing well until blended.

    Add remaining ingredients except parsley/pecans.

    Chill mixture.

    Shape in balls; roll in chopped pecans or parsley. Makes up to 3 balls.

    Can freeze.
