  • shredded Cheddar cheese (family size)
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • bread crumbs
  • canola oil

Directions

    Cook rice to equal 2 cups.

    While rice is hot, stir in Cheddar cheese.

    Make into small balls.

    Roll in bread crumbs lightly. Drop in hot oil until golden brown.

    Drain and serve.
