- 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
- 1 small can of crushed pineapple
- 1/4 cup bell pepper
- 3-4 green onions
- 2 cups broken pecans (divided in 1/2)
- 1 Tbsp. seasoning salt
Directions

1Blend ingredents well.

2Put saran wrap in a large enough bowl to hold mixture.

3Place in refrigerator a few hours or overnight. Use saran wrap to form a ball after it is thoroughly cooled.

4Then roll in 1 cup of broken pecans.

5Serve with Townhouse crackers or similar cracker.
