  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 c. Rice Krispies

Directions

    Stir together in bowl flour, red pepper and salt.

    Cream in butter.

    Add cheese and Rice Krispies and blend well.

    Roll into small balls (about 1/2-inch diameter).

    Place on baking sheet and bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes.

    Cool and store in airtight container.

    Yield: about 100.
