- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion
- 1 small can pimentos, drained
- 1 small green pepper, diced
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- finely chopped nuts
Directions

1Grate Cheddar cheese while cold.

2Allow Cheddar and cream cheese to soften.

3Using hands, blend all ingredients, except nuts.

4Shape into 3 balls, about the size of grapefruits.

5Roll in nuts.

6Wrap and refrigerate.
