  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 12 oz. cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, minced
  • 1/2 c. chopped green olives
  • Worcestershire sauce to taste
  • pecans
  • sliced olives

    Grate cheese into bowl; combine with other ingredients and mix well.

    Form into two balls.

    Roll each ball in pecans and garnish with sliced green olives, if desired.

    Refrigerate until firm, then slice.
