   the cake mix, margarine and 2 eggs and pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.

   Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar and 2 eggs

   for 5 minutes and pour over the cake batter layer. Sprinkle with

   Bake for 35 minutes at 350°.
