  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash of garlic powder
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • Assorted crackers

Directions

    Combine cheese in a medium mixing bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and hot sauce; mix well.

    Divide mixture in half; shape each half into a bell. Combine pecans and parsley; roll bells in pecan mixture, and chill several hours. Transfer to a serving platter; serve with crackers.
