- 1/2 lb. extra sharp cheese
- 2 sticks margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. plain flour
- red pepper to taste
Directions

1In food processor, process cheese and add melted margarine. Transfer to bowl and add flour, salt and pepper.

2Mix well. Chill.

3Roll out and cut biscuits.

4Put pecan half on top and bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
