- 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. cooking oil
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 475°.

2Sift dry ingredients.

3Pour oil and milk all at once into flour mixture.

4Mix together lightly (add a little more flour if too moist).

5Add grated cheese.

6Roll out, cut and place on ungreased baking sheet.

7Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Makes approximately 20 to 24 biscuits.
