  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 3/4 to 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. grated cheese (American)
  • 1/3 c. shortening

Directions

    Mix flour and cheese. Cut in the shortening. Add milk until a soft dough is formed.

    Roll out on a floured board about 1/2-inch thick. Cut with round cutter and bake 10 minutes at 425°.
