- 13 lb grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Cream the butter and the cheese.

4Let dough rest for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

5Roll out to about 1/2 inch thickness and cut out individual biscuits with a small cutter, just about the size of a quarter.
