  • 13 lb butter, softened
  • 13 lb grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt

    Cream the butter and the cheese.

    Work the mixture together lightly.

    Let dough rest for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

    Roll out to about 1/2 inch thickness and cut out individual biscuits with a small cutter, just about the size of a quarter.
