- 1/3 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese
- 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Measure flour in medium bowl; cut in shortening with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.

2Stir in cheese and milk.

3Knead lightly 3 or 4 times.

4Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness.

5Cut with biscuit cutter and place on ungreased baking sheet.

6Bake at 450° for 10 to 12 minutes.
