- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 (1 lb.) loaf Pepperidge Farm bread, trim crust and flatten each slice with rolling pin
Directions

1Mix cream cheese, egg yolk and sugar together.

2Spread each slice of bread with cream cheese mixture.

3Roll up and cut in half or thirds.

4Melt 1/2 cup butter.

5Dip rolls into butter and place on a baking sheet.

6Sprinkle with cinnamon.

7Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.

8Serve with sour cream if desired.
