Cheese Blitz

Directions

   Trim crusts from bread.

   Roll flat with rolling pin.

   Mix the cream cheese, sugar and egg yolks.

   Spread on bread and roll up in a jelly roll.

   Roll in melted margarine, then in cinnamon and sugar.

   Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

   Bake at 400° for about 15 minutes.

   Do not store in a tight container.
