- 1 recipe white bread dough (homemade or frozen)
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese (or 1 lb.), cubed
Directions

1Using white bread dough, let dough rise until doubled.

2Divide into 32 equal pieces.

3Shape each piece into a ball around a cube of cheese.

4Pinch to seal.

5Dip balls in melted butter.

6Layer, seam side down, in a 9 x 3 x 5-inch loaf pan.

7Cover and let rise until doubled.

8Bake in preheated 375° oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until top is firm and golden.

9Remove from pan; serve warm. Pull apart; do not slice.
