Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 2 lb. Ricotta
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla (or Grand Marnier)

Directions

    Mix cream cheese and Ricotta, sugar and eggs.

    Add sour cream, flour and vanilla.

    Beat thoroughly.

    Place in large spring pan that has been buttered and sprinkled with graham cracker crumbs on bottom and sides.

    Place in pan containing water to cover half of baking pan.

    Bake at 350°

    for 1 1/2 hours.

    Turn oven off and do not open for 4 hours.
