  • 1 box zwiebach, rolled out fine
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 lb. cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 c. heavy cream, whipped (1/2 pt.)
  • 4 egg whites, stiff

Directions

    Cream together sugar, flour, salt, cream cheese, lemon juice and egg yolks.

    Fold in whipped cream and then egg whites.

    Bake at 325° for one hour.

    Cool in oven for one hour.
