  • 1 loaf Ciabatta Bread
  • 2 cups Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 pound Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F).

    Slice bread in half lengthwise.

    Mix ricotta, parmesan, and garlic powder. Spread mixture on bread, top with salt, pepper and mozzarella. Place halves on a baking sheet.

    Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into pieces.
