   Cream together sugar and cream cheese. Set aside.

   cool.

   Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with graham cracker

   crumbs.

   Reserve some crumbs.

   Whip Carnation milk. Slowly

    cream cheese mixture, Jell-O and vanilla. Pour into pan

    sprinkle top

    with cracker crumbs. Chill thoroughly and cut into squares.
