- 1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 c. margarine, melted
- 1 1/4 c. sugar, divided
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1In a bowl, combine crumbs, margarine and 1/4 cup sugar.

2Press on bottom and 1 1/2-inches up the sides of 8 or 9-inch spring-form pan.

3In a bowl, with electric mixer at high speed, beat cream cheese, remaining sugar and vanilla until creamy.

4Beat in eggs one at a time.

5Blend in sour cream and spread in prepared pan.

6Bake at 350° for 60 to 70 minutes or until center is set.

7Turn off oven.

8Leaving door ajar, leave it in oven one hour.

9Remove from oven and cool completely.

10Chill four hours or overnight.

11Remove sides of pan and top with pie filling.
