- graham cracker crumbs
- 1 lb. cottage cheese (small curd)
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/3 c. Argo cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1 pt. sour cream
Directions

1Grease pan with butter.

2Use spring-form pan.

3Dust pan with graham cracker crumbs.

4Beat the cottage cheese until creamy. Gradually add cream cheese at high speed until it is well blended and creamy.

5Gradually add sugar and eggs.

6Reduce speed to low and add cornstarch, lemon juice and vanilla.

7Melt margarine; add sour cream and blend until creamy.

8Pour mix into a prepared pan.

9Heat oven to 325° and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

10Leave cheese cake in oven to cool for 2 hours.

11Remove from oven; cool until chilled. Place in refrigerator before serving.
