Ingredients

  • 32 ground graham crackers
  • 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. evaporated milk

Directions

    Melt butter; mix with crumbs and sugar.

    Line 10 x 14 x 2-inch pan with half of mixture (save other half for top).

    Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.

    Add sugar; cool.

    Beat in cream cheese and vanilla.

    Whip evaporated milk until very stiff and add slowly to Jell-O mixture.

    Pour over crumbs in pan.

    Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top of Jell-O mixture and chill at least 3 hours.
