  • 1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can pie filling of choice

Directions

    Preheat oven to 300°.

    Reserve one cup dry mix for filling. Mix 1 egg, oil and cake mix.

    Mixture will be crumbly.

    Press into bottom and sides of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    I find Pyrex best. Set aside.
