  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

    Combine and mix.

    Take pie from oven and cover with sour cream mixture.

    Put back in oven at 350° for 5 minutes until firm.

    Let cool and top with fruit topping.
