  • 2 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 c. butter or oleo
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice, squeezed
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Mix and spread the first 3 ingredients in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 375°.

    Cool.

    Beat cream cheese, milk and Cool Whip until creamy.

    Add lemon juice and vanilla.

    Beat until blended.

    Spread on the crust and chill.
