  • 1 small box lemon jello
  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 can Milnot milk, whipped
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. boiling water

Directions

    Mix jello in boiling water; set aside.

    Let cool.

    Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.

    Beat milk until stiff; set aside. Crush crackers and add melted margarine; press in pan to make crust.

    Mix all together and beat.

    Pour in crust and let chill in refrigerator.
