  • 8 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 8 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 c. cream cheese
  • 2 c. light cream

Directions

    In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and light cream.

    Mix with beater 2 minutes until smooth.

    Blend the 2 mixes together. Pour in baking pans that can be placed in warm water to bake. Bake at 325°

    for 1 hour or until set as custard.

    Cool and serve. Serves 12.
