  • 1 lb. cottage cheese (soft curd)
  • 5 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs (save 1 white)
  • nutmeg and salt
  • 1 large can milk
  • 1/2 can water

Directions

    Mix the first 5 ingredients together, except egg white, then add the milk and water.

    Beat the egg white; blend white in.

    Bake at 400° until brown on top, then turn oven to 325° and bake until you insert knife and it comes out dry.
